2 Thessalonians INTRODUCTION
The book of 2 Thessalonians (according to Vance page 75) has 3 chapters, 47 verses and 1,022 words.
Paul wrote 2 Thessalonians shortly after the first letter. We know from chapter two that the Thessalonians were confused regarding the timing of the rapture. Because of the increased persecution along with a forged letter supposedly from Paul they thought they were in the tribulation or about to see the second Advent.
2 Thessalonians solidifies the biblical teaching of the pre-tribulation rapture and confirms details about the Anti-christ, the tribulation and the timing of the second advent.
On a practical note, 2 Thessalonians lays out some important truths how a Christian should live his life until the Lord returns.
Wiersbe (191) has a great outline of the book:

b. Promise – 1:5-10

And others were written for the local newspaper here in Monticello Florida. These articles cover a variety of subjects. Some are inspirational and devotional, while others are polemic and doctrinal. We hope you receive a blessing from the biblical teachings presented in these articles.
